Jayan Prakash celebrates winning the final at UKC Dunkeswell Round 6.Jayan completed the championship on 726 points, 14 clear at the top of the final standings, and finished the weekend with three race victories from four points-scoring races.

Round 6 marked Jayan’s first race weekend at Dunkeswell, but he was immediately in the fight at the front. He qualified second, just 0.072 seconds from pole position, then took second in Heat 1 before moving to the front in Heat 2 for his first win of the weekend.

Those opening-day results placed Jayan on pole position for Sunday’s Super Heat, with the championship still to be decided. He made that start count, winning by 0.141 seconds and setting the fastest lap of the race to secure pole for the Micro Max Final.

In damp conditions, Jayan converted pole into the result that confirmed the title, winning the 13-lap Final ahead of Arlo Gamble and Lenny Barton. The victory completed a measured, front-running final round and sealed the championship crown.

Jayan also acknowledged the support behind the campaign, including Dave Tooley’s work at Dunkeswell and the people who contributed throughout the season.

It was a strong finish to the 2026 RMC UKC campaign: consistent results across the year, race-winning pace at the decisive weekend and the Micro Max crown secured at Dunkeswell.
